Hi Billy,
I'm at the same page as you in the bootcamp training and had the same question but I'm still not sure. If I find the answer I'll let you know. I think it means share something at Wealthy Affiliate like a blog post. I see you wrote this in April and now it's December so you're way past this now. Do you remember the answer to the question?
Gina

As far as I remember, it means share them on your social networks.
Hope that helps :)

Hi Chrissies,
Thanks for your reply. Its just that it seems this could mean more than just social media. Check out my replies to the others for more information about what I mean.
Billy

Don't know the answer on that one yet as I am new but I hope you ha a great nights sleep.

Thanks rmaselli2. I did get a great night sleep. Read my replies to the others to get an answer to this question. I have taken it a little further than the initial question.

You can either share it on the bit of training your in by asking in the comments or you can share it on social media or you can go to the site comments feature and ask for it there or post a blog on here..

Hi KatieMac,
Thanks for the reply. But I will ask you the same think I posed to J ...
I kinda thought that would be the case. But now that I am fully awake, I realize that my question goes further than that. So here is the addition text of the question: Does "Share at least 2 Pages at Wealthy Affiliate" also mean I could share my WA affiliate link on social media as well to satisfy the requirement for the task. Or does this pertain to only my developed post?

What is throwing me for a loop is the phrase "2 Pages at Wealthy Affiliate" part. Could that mean 2 pages within the "wealthyaffiliate.com" domain (a.k.a. affiliate links), or 2 pages from my domain. Just a thought about the task.

Thanks for your reply,
Billy,

sharing a link to a post/page on your site is a share, you could also create a short post on social media that links back to your site, or you could create a new post to share... the task is to simply to share

Got it! Thanks KatieMac.

It would be best if you could provide more information, such as a link to where you saw this, to clear up your question.

Hi RaeAnnePond,
This is one of the tasks to complete lesson #5 of course #2 in the affiliate bootcamp course. I hope this helps.
Billy

I'm sorry Billy, I did not go through the bootcamp course. I hope someone else can help you.

No problem. I am getting some great replies.
Thanks for your response.

Hi Billy,
Share your link please for clear understanding.

Hi agrarian5001,
I am not thinking of a specific link at this point. But just wanting to know the type of link(s) this refers to.
Thanks for your reply,
Billy.

Hey Billy
To give you a really accurate reply, can you share the link where you read this?
Thanks

Working through the levels of training makes me start thinking of what is more important to have; the right skills to accomplish the work (writing skills, imagination, a flare

All the skills needed to build your online business is here if I could enhance one it would have to be marketing

Good point KatieMac. Building up ones skill level is encompassed within the training. But marketing ... I will investigate that more and post about my findings. Thanks.

Look forward to seeing your findings thank you

With the right tools and training you can learn the skill.
Laura

You are so right Laura. Skills are developed. So if the tools are available, can't the skills come second instead of first?

No doubt in my mind, the most important thing is to have the skillset to do the work. This can be easily learned through all the training lessons.

I hear you John. Skill set is a must. Makes me want to learn all I can, and then some.

Thanks for your reply. Good Luck to you friend.

Absolutely beyond any shadow of doubt the right skill set man. Tools can come and go but understanding the key principals behind Internet marketing and developing the right skills will allow you to achieve success even with the most basic of tools. Yes tools are essential but in my opinion not more important than skills.

Being successful in this game is about learning what works, applying that and most of all sticking at it. Persistence and determination to just keep going no matter what, if you do this it's only a matter of time until you succeed. Hope this helps :)

I feel your reponse aussieunguru. Tools do come an go, but sometimes, people can get stuck on their favorite tool. That is one reason I asked the question.

Thanks for your reply. Best of Wishes to you my friend.

No problem all the best to you too, cheers!

I went to create a Twitter account, only to discover that someone else has already signed up in twitter using my email address? Just to be clear, I have had my email address f

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to thank you all for your help, and leave an update on where things stand.

I have deactivated the twitter account. This means that the email address will not be available for use for another 30 days. I have used my gmail account to create a new twitter account.

All is going good so far. I have checked my financial accounts and they show nothing unusual. I am currently running a credit check to ensure that nothing nefarious has occurred.

It seems that the only thing that was the problem, was someone using my email address in twitter for their own purposes. That has now halted.

If anyone thinks of something else I should check, please let me know. Thank you all for your quick responses.

Is it at all possible that at one time before, you had already opened an account and maybe just forgot about it?
Thank you

Gary

Hi GaryHelm,
No. I have never used Twitter before. Plus, it has followers that I do not recognize.

Thanks for sharing, scary.

gosh did not think someone could create an account using your email, can you contact twitter about this

Done.

There are huge numbers of cybercriminals out there. You name it, they've done it. I would look around to see if someone managed to get your SS#, bank account #, or credit card numbers. That's where you have even more danger.

Hi KDClover,
Thanks. I had that thought as well. Bank and credit card accounts all look good. I don't know how to check to see if someone has managed to get my SSN number.

Never mind.

I see that I can reset everything in the Twitter account since all the messages go to my email address. I can change everything.

But I wonder if I should delete the account, then re-create it? Or just keep resetting everything?

Any thoughts?

I would be more inclined to delete and re-create just to be safe. But that's just me.

I think you shoul delete it and create a new one, totally your own!

You don't know what that other person did with that account and what kinds of posts they wrote and all, so I think you should delete it and create your own

Not good did you contact Twitter to let them know? That would be my first step.

I am in the process of doing that now.

Oh-oh.... That can't be good.

I know ... right!

That is really scary! The first thing that came to mind was identity theft. You may want to join a credit monitoring agency like Credit Karma (free) if you haven't got one already just to make sure you are safe. That is really spooky.

Are we commenting on the overall content of the post, or should we also put a comment on the post as well as back into SiteComments or what?

You can either leave a comment on a particular page or post, the other option is feedback for a website such as what you thing of layout or design along those lines, hope this is of help

Thanks KatieMac.

There are 2 different platforms. One is to leave constructive criticism about another's site. This is not a site comment. It's just feedback.
The other platform leaves a comment on their site. This comment should not contain the same content. Write it like you are a 1st time visitor to the site.
People get these mixed up sometimes, and that's when you can decline a site comment written the wrong way.
Hope this clarifies things. Geoff.

Thanks Stadnykgeoff. I agree. No more late night sessions for me.

Hey billy,

Site comments platform is meant to post comments on the actual site itself, pertaining to the content. But most people will post on the site and then back here at WA as well.

This for the insight, Mbridges.

If you use SiteRubix Comments only put comments in the box on the SiteRubix page. Do not comment on the site, you will not earn any credits for your comment request. Read post first then come back and comment.
John

I am trying to learn SEO from the video library. I just completed watching the video, "SEO for Wordpress - Basics to Advanced." Now I came across the SEO video titled, "50 Shad

There is a video here by Jay on SEO basics to advanced you can have a look at that and see if there is much difference

Thanks KatieMac. I have viewed that video. It was great. Any more suggestions on other SEO videos I could view? Thanks.

I think PJ does an excellent job with this info..

Hey KatieMac,
Thanks for the response and the link.

I never consider it out of date, because the basic of understanding to person like me is starting here to get rhe chemistry of using the button on page. Now i know the functional of SEO.

Thanks Jimparaya.

Staying on top of SEO as it's constantly changing is quite the task. Some of the info might or might not be out of date.
To get a more defined answer, post the section you're wondering about.
Joseph

Thanks Jozeph.

Some of it likely is out-of-date. Google keeps changing its search algorithms and they are secretive regarding many of the changes.

Thanks KDClover.
