The article is good. It hits a large target population. Who doesn't need advice on what to wear on a date. It doesn't make a difference if your 14 or 74. Other than that, I agree with the others. Your top menu takes away from the site, because it's not easy to navigate and crowds your website. Good luck, you're on the right track.

you need to condense some of your pages into subcategories. all those pages should be listed as a blog

Are all the listings on top your articles or your categories? If articles, then that's going to get quite crowded as you add more posts. Some of them seemed a little unusual to be paired together, like "Steel toed sneakers and women's boots". One thing I see bloggers do often is get so excited about keywords that they try to have one article cover multiple opportunities. I always hold to the concept that focusing on one item per post is best.
