The way fat cells really work;

I know this is a strange topic, but do you know how they really work.

Most every one I've talked to seams to think you actually lose fat cells this couldn't be further from the truth.

You're fat cells cover you're body under your skin around your organs everywhere you can imagin even around the brain most of you're fat is for storage butt the fat cells around your organs is more for protection to that organ like the brain, these fat cell's you're system won't touch it until it runs out of storage cells.

You don't really lose fat what's happening is when you lose weight you acutely lose oil's stored in you're fat cells this oil is what everyone is afraid of cholesterol you're fat cells are actually little tiny microscopic sacks as you eat to many carbs where you're matabelisom can't burn them all you're system will start depositing the oil to you're little fat cell sacks and you start gaining weight.

You're Fat cell's were a very important organ when man kind had long periods of famine do to travels or droughts the body detects these periods and stores oil in you're fat cell's for future use, and in some respects its still a very important organ the fat around your organs lol the organ around your organ's well its true you're fat cells can be add to your organ list like skin hay if skin can be an organ so can't fat cells.

The fat cells are not as important right now because man kind for the most part has very few famine periods to use the stored oil's.

You see you're body burns 2 fuels carbs or sugars and then there's fat witch works as fuel even better than carb, for energy jest not as sweet as carbohydrates.

But fates are as much better fuel and really much better for you, I know you're thinking I've lost my ever loving mind.

Allow me to explain this fact fats aren't meant to store their hear to burn for energy, if the fats are not getting burned their floating around in your blood, and as long as you eat to many carbs you're true fuel isn't getting burned so remember what I said you stored fats are Cholesterol BAM !.

In conclusion cholesterol is bad unless you use it up carbs are bad because if you eat to many you're natural fuel will hurt you so you need to learn how to regulate your carbs so you're system can burn you'r cholesterol out of you're blood.

I'm happy to carry around some fat. We never know when we might really need it.

I've had hard times and its the fat that got me through.

If we were hospitalized and not able to eat much at all, Its good to have that extra fat rather than have the body start converting muscle. I've not been in that situation myself, but have seen others and they came out skin and bones.

Lots of ways to look at this.

You're right you've got to have a certain amount off fat it's unhealthy to drop bellow a certain percent butt 337 lbs a bit much thank you for you're comment
