1. What are you willing to change to make a change in your life?

I must be more focused on the money line. Do the things that will create the income I need to accomplish my goals.

2. What are you willing to let go of that is not working in your life?

This is a two part question. 1. What am I doing that does not contribute to may goals, and 2. What volunteer work am I doing that I am not willing to give up.

I am committed to my family, To helping leave a better world to our kids an to helping my community be more resilient in response to an emergency. Right now my wife is recovering from a health crisis and needs 24 supervision. Fortunatelly, thanks to WA, I can work from home while being able to respond to her calls. I will continue to volunteer with my community organization and with the Environmental Caucus of the Hawaii Democratic Party. Anything else that does not result in income will have to be let go.

3. How much time are you willing to invest to make WA your living income?

I have roughly 20 hours per week I can devote to business. There are many affiliate and personal income streams I can develop. I will research and write a review for each and write a marketing plan that will define what I must do to promote worthwhile income streams.

4. What are you willing to learn?

I will continue to study here at WA and at my bulk mail service to learn how to finesse my websites and maximize my effectiveness as an email marketer. I will learn to run a helpful webinar in my niche.

5. What is your driving force to success?

To provide an adequate income to finance those projects I believe are important and to leave my daughter a retirement income.

6. Would you be willing to sit down and create a road map that you follow each day?

No. I need more flexibility. I review my goals, decide what I need to do each week and block out time daily to work on those tasks.

7. What would it take to show you that each step builds success?

Break my goals down into measurable tasks that can be accomplished in less than a week. Have a written plan of the steps needed to accomplish each goal and assign task I need to accomplish each week.

8. What do you need to know you are worthy?

Faith, Patience and seeing forward movement.

9. Can you commit to 2-3 people in WA that can be" your people" for support and YES WE CAN follow up?

Yes, I will commit to forming a master mind group of up to six people who have complementary strengths and who want to work together for our mutual success.

10. Most importantly, are you willing to commit to YOU? and if so what does that look like. WRITE IT DOWN!

Have a written business plan. Keep it short. This is a plan for you to use and review frequently. This is not a detailed plan you would need for a bank loan or grant application. It is a living working document which will change has you learn and scale your business.

I am a great believer in journaling. Document everything you do so anyone can duplicate your business or step in and run it. A good format is:

Vision: Where do you want your business to be in 1, 2, and 5 years?

Mission Statement:

Goals:

Objectives/Tasks: What steps are necessary to accomplish your Goals

Strategy; How are you going to accomplish your objectives.

Planning: This is where the details hit the road. It is where you bring everything you have laid out above together and deter whether and how to move ahead.
