There is so much to learn it can be overwhelming at times. Just being able to work your way through the formal training can be a challenge, but there is important training that most of us overlook. That is learning from leaders websites.

Last night, I had a question bugging my sleep. Should my reviews be pages or posts? I actually got out of bed and visited affiliateresources, the fantastic website of Jay Neill or own official Affiliate Marketing Trainer.

There I found his website has a section on Reviews. All right, question answered. Have a section of your website for Reviews. Jay actually only includes Resources in his main menu. His review are in a beautiful gallery with an image of the product he is reviewing and a short description followed by a Read More Button.. The only way to find the review is by following internal links or by searching for the program review in a search engine. Jay will be on page one.

What did I learn by visiting affiliate*****.org. I answered my question. I will make my reviews pages within a Review section of my website. But I leaned more. My review should be URL/product review. Don't make your reviews a child of the Review.

if you did, you would have a massive drop down menu. Instead use internal links to move your visitor through your website. That way you control where your visitors go..

What did I learn from one brief visit to affiliate resources?

  1. Reviews should be pages
  2. Organize my reviews in a single gallery with internal links from each review summary to the full review page.
  3. When you review a product you don't support, end the review with a description of a related product you do support. Include a link to the review of the product you recommend.

Be sure to include your websites in your profile so members can learn from your. Visitng members websites and commenting on their posts will give that website some Google Juice and it may be the start of building a relationship with that member.
