Building WA Relationships

I have spent the last hour responding to comments on one of my blogs. Now I have to rip my self away from WA and work on my websites.

I am still trying to learn how I can establish closer relationships with WA members. Have you been able to create close working relationships with any WA members? If so, how did you do it without SPAMing members?

One thing I am doing is recording the WA user name of mambers who catch my eye and who I want to follow up with. My CRM lets me make notes of our converations so I can carry through on a thread.

Let's start a discussion about how we can create stronger business relationships between WA members.

I have not been able to successfully put aside the time for this but I do think I should make it a priority.

How do we handle priorities? I have blogged about finding what is important in our lives both here at WA in my resilientlivingtips website. Setting priorities has to start with knowing what is important in your life.

In each segment of my life I have priorities. I can only do one thing at a time. So, I pick the most important thing in each segment of my life to work on.

I help people plan their lives to enable them to live their calling. An important part of that is breaking their big goals down into small steps that can be accomplished in a short time. Obviously, building relationships with clients is essential.

As MikeC69 recently blogged, creating several streams of income is very important. Every affiliate program we joing represents another income stream. Every product we develop and sell on line represents an income stream.

Of line, I send a greating card to my clients and my prospects. It is a great way to cement a relationship and the company that prints my card has a great compensation plan when I share their services with others. Another diversified income stream.

Know what you want to accomplish in life. Develop a strategy for accomplishing your goals. Block out time every day to work on the one most important thing in your life.

Bill, I have developed a hand full of very close friends. So I understand what you are saying. They tend to be the members that always reach out. I would put you in that group. You have always been there. Your blogs are as helpful as you have been.

Thanks for following me. I try to make my blogs meaningful. This is an amazing community like no other I have found.

I agree with you.
Sandy

Whilst I an understand your thoughts Bill, think that the answer below is also correct, I often have 200 mails a day on WA to wade through this is starting to affect my business, so whilst I like your sentiments it would add too much to my day.

I only read the WA emails whose headline catches my curiousity. You are right there is not enough time in the day to read all the emails we get from WA members.

I respond when I think I might be able to help.

Life and business is about establish strong relationships with people. We get acquainted with other WA members. We know who we can depend on to help. We know who we can trust.

Now I'm trying to figure out how we can both mentor people more effectively and find joint venture partners we can work with.

Hi...I think the best way is to just comment on WA blogs...particularly the ones that help you develop your business. Let people know you honestly feel about what they had to say. I think your desire to build relationships is a good one. See, it works.....now we have a better relationship! Lol

Hi Debbie, Its started. Now I have to watch for your blogs and respond when I can.

Appreciate that...I saw your comments. Thanks. I really don't blog as much as I should...although I regularly read blogs and comment.

Hi Bill, I just feel it's nice to check out as many blogs that members have written.
People need feedback & appreciation for their efforts.

That's where I have found my special friends. Their photos of family & special events are interesting to me.

We get to know each other in this way. I realize that we can't all gather on this site and chat away, that we have other responsibilities, however having this lighter contact with other people on the same journey is satisfying.

I feel I know you and your smiling face, you are doing well in this
endeavor. More blogs on your life & your special part of the world would be great.
Cheers Jae ☼

Hi, Bill.
Paul here from up North.

Interesting stuff. Great idea. I'll wait to see what kind of feedback is received.

Your post on 'Why I joined Wa' was awesome.

Keep up the quality work.

Paul.

Thanks Paul

My pleasure, Bill.

It is sometimes nice to feel appreciated for small efforts no matter how large they may turn out to be.

I like your mindset.

Cheers,

Paul.

That is a great idea so we can get to know each other better and work better together. Best wishes on your journey with WA.
