Shark Tank
Hello WA:
Every once in a while I'll watch the show the Shark Tank. In case of of you don't is that Shark Tank is about a regular person comes on the show in front of 5 billionaires and show them their invention to see if any of the sharks will invest in their invention. See they trying to get more money to make more of their invention. If it makes a profit, then the sharks (billionaires) will invest their own money in there.
The show I was watching had a young lady that really amazed me. She invented this cream that would help heal eczema. The cream is mixed with sugar and something else, I forgot what it was. She invented the cream at 11 years old. She was making money off of it while she was in high school. She was making about 15 to 20 thousand dollars a year off of it.
At about 18 years old she came to shark tank to talk about her invention. They alway ask questions about profits and all that stuff. It cost about $3 a bottle to make and selling it for $15.99. The other sharks did not go for, but Mark Cuban did. In case some of you don't know, Mark Cuban is the owner of NBA basketball team the Dallas Mavericks. He put his money into the invention.
Now she's probably 20 or 21 years old since the show aired 2014. Here's what amazed me about her. I love her ambition and I love her attitude. She said she decided to do this invention when she was 11 years old. She was making money off the invention while she was in high school. This is what I like most about her. She said if you invest in my company you will make millions off of this product. I'll make millions as well. She needed help so she can make more products and sell them in stores like Walmart and Target. She said I am not punching a clock for anybody I'm going to control my life. All the sharks say if we has people like her in the future we are in good hands. I agree 100%. I said to myself, man that's a young lady thinking like that and she put it to action. We all have to do the same thing if you want to get out of the working world.

Hi Rodger, great stuff I really like stories like this, I guess our inventions are the websites that are created, looks like we are in the right place, you will be looking forward to when you clock out for the last time.
I also watch the show...Mark Cuban often invests in young entrepreneurs to encourage them to keep going. Young people have no fear and nothing to lose. What you are doing takes a lot of courage and faith because you have responsibilities. You'll get to the top.

I love Shark Tank and watching the success stories of the entrepreneurs that enter the tank of investors. This is an inspiring story and makes me wish we could have do-over's in life, but at 47 years old, it's never too late. See you at the top as well Roger! :)
