Does anybody here ever worry about getting repetitive with their writing. That's been on my mind lately. As I'm writing sometimes I stop myself and say "Haven't I covered this

Hi Brian
Great question!
I do find myself repeating some things but I cannot say it the same way.
Sometimes I get a little worried about that but then again, if it has to be said, I say it!

Nope, because I understand that to become an expert that it's okay to repeat things. What is even better is when you are certain that it's the truth you can train your mind to know that as well.

Practice makes perfect and at some point, you will be updating your content to make sure you keep only the best and most useful things. 80/20 rule states 20 percent of your work will accomplish 80 percent of the help you plan to offer to others.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I have a very specific niche so I find there are only so many ways I can say things without repeating myself.

there isn't a duplication penalty because what happens is Google just picks something to rank highest. So, if your other content fails to achieve it's the highest rank that just means you may need to add more to it later.

Even that may not matter if you are trying to rank for different keyword phrases such a long tails which are quite specific. I make pillar posts that will later get things plucked out of it to make other smaller posts that go into more depth or demonstrate things for conciseness.
