My user name was set to admin and i don't want admin .how do I change it back?

iam having the same problem my user name and password will not let me into my sight i have signed for a lost password when i check its never there message tells me check email for confirmation never seeit

+This is the first time me wbsite hass asked for a password. the one I entered wasn't it. Iw it one forever?
