Your ideal would be
QSR under 100
Traffic over 100
SEO in the upper 80's into the 90's.
I personally try to get my QSR under 50 and if possible down to 10 or under.
I have to say I do achieve this quite a lot.

QSR under 100

SEO in the upper 80's into the 90's.
I personally try to get my QSR under 50 and if possible down to 10 or under.
I have to say I do achieve this quite a lot.
So regardless of the AVG you always want to go with the lowest QSR, is that it?
The lower the QSR the better it is simply because the QSR is your competition.
