Exactly as the others have said, but if it’s a case of the payment source, you can change where the money is taken from by using the Upgrade page as well. Also, the new BF Offer, whatever it will be, will not affect your current membership or price that you are paying. Unless it is cheaper than what you’re on at the moment, and you want to reduce your payment. But that’s probably unlikely as you were here before the annual price was altered.

Click subscription, and scroll to the bottom of the column that describes the features of premium. Then click cancel billing.

You can stop automatic payments by changing your funding source to WA Credits. But ensure that you manually renew before the expiry date, otherwise your account will be suspended.
Kyle was in Live Chat yesterday, he confirmed that there will be a BF offer, but there were no further details at this stage.
His words were “Surprise” :-)
The only way to eliminate the automatic deduction is to cancel your membership before the next payments are due then you would have to rejoin as a premium member when you can.
In the meantime when you cancel if you plan on not joining for a bit any website you own that are hosted here would have to be hosted elsewhere and you may need to pay extra with that hosting company you choose.
As for the Black Friday, we won't know until Kyle or Carson blog about it which normally is the middle of Nov so you will just have to keep an eye out for that like the rest of the members.
I went yearly with the price of $299 on the "Black Friday" offer in May 2020.
There will be an announcement for it if there's another Black Friday offer. Stay tune for Kyle's post next month.

For Affiliate Links -
Usually the company you are an affiliate for will have promotional material you can use - Images, Ads, Text etc etc
If not then you can simply highlight a little bit of relevant text in your article.
Click on the little paperclip icon in the menu
A box will appear directly below the highlighted text
You insert your affiliate link and then click on the little Cog Wheel to the right.
next small screen make sure your link is actually there
Then click the Open In New Tab box is ticked.
Click Add Link
You should see that the highlighted text has changed to blue.
See Pics
Click on Preview and test the link.
If it takes you to where you are supposed to go then all is well.

I have signed on to 2 different affiliate programs. One program allows you to create a link that takes you directly to the product within their website. The other program requires a couple more steps to set up what they call a deep link if you want the specific product, otherwise the link goes to their homepage. You can test out the link before you insert it into your post.
you could make your home page a static page rather than your blog roll.
You can do this in wordpress settings - appearance, customise and then change the homepage settings to static page and choose the landing the page you want from the scroll box.
but your viewers will still be able to navigate away from this page (via the menu, etc).
my only other suggestion is you search for a plugin that will give you the option of making your homepage a log in page as it were.
