As long as a very large majority of your content is truly unique and your own, you should be fine.

Is there a way to create a contact form so that your clients (and only your clients) can upload documents and files?
There are plugins that provide this functionality, such as File Away https://wordpress.org/plugins/file-away/
However, it might be easier just to make individual client pages that are password protected and then provide a link to a shared folder for each client on a cloud server like Dropbox.

Another way to do it is via All In One SEO. For each site you created with WA, it comes with this plugin. In the plugin, under General Settings, scroll down to webmaster section.
There you have option to enter verification codes for Google, Bing and even Pinterest. Get the codes from each party, enter it into the fields here. And simply click Update.
Remember to go back to the respective parties and click Verify. All In One SEO will add the verification codes to your respective sites, and Google, Bing and Pinterest will be able to find it and verify it.

I only know Webmaster tools (Google) wants you to verify your site/s and it does require that you do it with a different verification code each time.
I think I figured it out. I just put the new code in, in place of the old one. The old one stayed verified, and the new one was added. That might have been self-evident to everyone else, but apparently I'm a little bit of a Luddite.

No you should be able to make custom menus on your site by going to appearance, menus and creating a new one.
