I do not know the meaning of breadcrumbs but I can see from google search console that the value has dropped from 33 to 5. Should I be worried?
A breadcrumb right about the content in your content post, tells the read where the post is located navigationally to reach the post they are on now.

I need help I mistakenly clicked "reset settings" under SEO.
Will it affect anything? Is there something I am supposed to do?
We hope you didn't make too many changes to the default settings because they will be lost.
That's a learning experience. We certainly all have them.
