Great blog. Welcoming new members is helpful. It give them even more of a sense of community and connects us with new friends.

Very nice welcome letter and I am sure it will help with the feeling of friendship to a new person as it is all very confusing and strange during the first week or so - I am now a two month member and still

Hey Tony, my pleasure. I think I have to welcome you formally at this point. I thought that anyone I can't welcome is new to me since I always reach my limit. I wanted to welcome everyone on a personal basis but it's impossible. Hopefully this would suffice.
I joined in June 2013, was silent inevitably three months after then came back twenty three months later hoping to stay for good. Well, maybe I myself am a newcomer in a sense.
Anyway, enjoy another fantastic weekend!
