Well I continued with the training but will admit that I did add extra content as I went along. (I am getting the idea that I wrote more then I needed too) Each lesson will have "add a new post or page targeting a new keyword" as one of the tasks. I would say keep chugging along. If you decide to add a post or new page outside of the tasks that can't be a bad thing as long as you target keywords.
