Hi Benson
Click on your profile page
On the left, click on Websites.
Then click on Site Manager .
When that window opens you will see Your website log in page.
On the far right at the bottom (in green) is written +Siteplus .
Click on this to find three areas that should be switched on.
One of these is the SSL certificate.. make sure it is switched on.
If it is already switched on you will need to contact Site Support.
All the best. Jim
Hi Jim,
You are right, it was off from whatever reason I have no idea. In the past, I used to keep tab on the siteplus but stop thinking it should remain if I didn’t change the settings.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for the information I was able to change the http:// to https://.
It didn’t even occur to me that will be the problem because I thought it will always be https. It seems like some extension in my computer screwing with me.
You rock.

Hi Benson! There are ways to make your website secure.
To fix your website security, update your XML sitemap, Verify your website in GSC (Google Search Console), install secure sockets layers (SSL) certificate, ensure that the internal and external links use HTTPS, ensure your HTTP URL's are redirected, etc.

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to add products on my eCommerce website and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way that I can easily (automate) populate my storefront with products
if they are from a source like AliExpress you can get their product data feed and a plugin to import product data feeds for WooCommerce, usually under $60.

Hello WA family,
so I received a message from a member who was trying to comment on my site but couldn't due to possibly a server problem. A couple of days ago, I noticed t
Depending on what you need to solve on your site, you might not need a plugin.
For example, if you want to increase the speed on your site,
like using lazy load for images and videos - you don't need a plugin!
You can do it yourself, read my training: How to lazy load embedded videos from YouTube And here: Site speed tips for images and videos How to speed your site without using a plugin for images.
In almost every issue you want to deal with your site, there are solutions that are not solved by plugins only
Thanks Marian,
I will go through the trainings you presented and see how it goes especially now that I have removed all my plugins.

Plug-ins are awesome but we must be careful not to bog our site down. Load times are very important so I always load one at a time and add one each day as they pass my testing. Sometimes we have to find a plug-in that works with our themes and browsers. Good luck Benson! :)
Hi,
You right, I read about all the plugins that my theme said is compatible and I figured they all made sense. As a busy guy trying to automate things and find the easy way, so I added all not knowing it will come back and bite me lol!!!
The great thing about been brave is that you make mistake and learn from it.
Thanks for all your response.

You can have more than 5 plugins, that is ok, as long as they are good plugins. I.e. well coded and maintained.
When you say you get an error of untrusted, do you have a screenshot?
Hi Christoper,
Thanks so much. Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot.
Because it doesn't do that when I open my website in safari so I initially thought it could be my Norton security installation until Catherine brought it to my attention.
Yes, it didn't make any sense to me to only have less than 5 plugins when the website already came with pre-installed All-in-one SEO, classic editor, and Kramer image optimizer. Then I added Sassy Social Share, Rollback, Sitekit for Google analytics, WPSSO, Ad inserter, Something like inserter header and footer.
Immediately I deleted all to five, my website health went back to 100%.
If I add more plugins and it happens, I will take a screenshot.
Thanks again.

No worries, it sounds like one of those plugins might be the culprit, but it's not all of them or the quantity that is causing the issue. Let me know when it happens again.

That is how it will always be from the WA dashboard. When you make your post, it will be changed on your website. I hope this is what you are talking about.
Go back and look at your old post on your website. The author name should now be yours instead of admin.
Don’t worry what it says when you post to your website through the content editor.
