I Finally Did it!

Introduction

I deserve a pat on the back because if someone had told me in the beginning that I will get to this point still strong and standing, I will say otherwise, probably in my dreams.

I started strong initially then slow down, struggling to continue, and Wow!!! I finally did it.

Looking Back

At the beginning when I started phase 3 training, everything was going pretty smooth, and I was very excited for the fact that I was getting closer to making money.

Who wouldn't be excited to make money? Everyone, and please don't tell me otherwise, because you are definitely just lied. Just kidding, I know there are some who are doing it for the fun of it and a way to impact the world or reach certain audience ( A noble cause).

Encountered my Biggest Fear

Anyway, as I got to the point of the training where Kyle as us to register with couple of affiliate programs and attached their links, I jumped to the register part because that's what I'm very good at at least.

The intersting part was that I got approved in almost all of them, except on the Google Adsense.

Although, I didn't know why, but assume that I didn't have enough word count of my contents (Sorry Kyle, I skipped the part where you put a note about total word content for Google to approve for adsense).

Now the real challenged kicked in when I attached my affiliate links. I couldn't fall asleep throughout the night.

I know you probably asking, what and why the challenge? Well, the truth of the matter is that I was raised to help people and not ask for something in return.

It amazes me when I see people in my medical school selling their used and unused school stuffs to beginners as they were graduating from school and leaving the island where I attended medical school.

I truly find it odd. When it came to my time, I gave everything I got to a friend and neighbors without taking a dime and called it my go away gift when they insisted on paying for the textbooks and new stuffs.

Cut story short, I wasn't at ease for couple of days, asking myself if I'm really called for these, or I should just blog for fun.

Then I analyzed all the situation, talked to my wife, and decided that I will just focus on providing relevant contents, and products with relevant reviews before trying to monetize.

I'm still a working progress, and place don't judge me because I already know I have so many flaws.

How I overcome my fears?

I decided to go more deeper in my research on the various content I have written, and ensuring that every products I'm recommending are truly going to help at least 95% of my audience.

Then I jumped back on the wagon, and before you know it I'm celebrating another milestone in my journey to becoming an online business owner.

Final thought

Although, I haven't make any money, but I'm very happy that I'm making great stide learning how to build a website.

The most amazing thing other than spending time with my family is admiring my own creation.

Just want to thank you all, especially Kyle and Carson, all those in my network, and above all God for all your questions, comments, and trainings because without them, I would have quit completely, and focus only what I know best, my medical career.

I wish you all success in achieving whatever goals you have set.
