You have to start the training.
Click on the word Training on the left and then choose the top course.
You will be taken step by step until you have created your first website.
I think you have been jumping the gun so slow down and take the training as it should be taken or you are going to make mistakes.

OMG!! Im not a newbie! Im signed for 3 months now! You judge too quickly without taking a moment what my situation is. This is a temporary account that I opened so I can get someone to help me!
I cannot login to my original account!! I have two websites already and I need to get to them because I have the themedeveloper wairting to help me with my issue of which sitesupport cannot even help me with. I just got an email from agustinarthur@livecom which is my email login confirming my payment of $49 for this month. How is it that it is now not even recognizing that email>???
I have not judged too quickly.
Your Profile says you joined on January 16th which is today so you are still a free member.
If you have been here 3 months and are actually premium then I would get in touch with Support asap.

Im standing by now for over an hour waiting for someone to give me an answer. I have already sent a message to the conttact portal as well to no avail. I don't have all night. I need to access my domain email as well which can only be accessed through my login. Maybe I can circumvent this site by goin directly to word press.
You wont get anywhere if you are still classed as a free member.
You could try and login to your site outside WA using the login details you have as a free member.
Worth a try but Support has to get you sorted out.

Nevermind. Don't bother. It looks like you are the one that needs reviewing. A non-paid member has no access to sitesupport!
They do for the trial period which you are on according to your profile.
One thing more - there is no need to make nasty remarks to fellow members here in WA.
That sort of behaviour is not tolerated and will get your account terminated if its reported.
