I'm not able to submit a ticket in tech support. I get the drop downs that don't address my problem and that's as far as I can go.
I need to have an API Key corrected in HTML. I get a warning pop-up not to attempt it due to possible damage to my site.
Is there any other way to connect with tech support?

Agree with Loes contact Kyle or Carson if you can't get onto support.
Having said that you mentioned the drop down section when you pose your question.
When you ask your question and if the drop-down menu doesn't answer your question then leave your question there and just click the X on the right.
This will take that drop down menu part of and you can begin to type the issue you are facing
Once done just click the Ask Questions and you will give to site support ticket.
Hope that helps and your issue can be resolved.
