First Week Down. Many More To Go.
I joined Wealthy Affiliate a little over a week ago and I’m impressed. No disappointment here. I love it! I went premium almost immediately. I looked around the site and saw all of the wonderful benefits of premium and I just had to join.
So it’s been a week and I finally managed to finish the first level of training (it’s hard to make time with my crazy work schedule). I feel like I’ve learned a lot. I’m not very tech savvy but I just built a website! I never thought I’d ever do that. I didn’t even think it was this easy. My website is all set up and ready for some amazing content and lots of traffic (one day).
With all of that being said, I’m onto the next level of training! Thanks for all the support!

Hi Rebecca. Way to go. I would love to hear how much time you devote to your business a day - because I'm finding it difficult to find the right amount of time when juggling family, full time job and friends.
Especially when everyone emphasizes we must use a lot of time. (What you put in - is what you get out) of your business.. I am prepared to do a lot of work - but exactly how much time is difficult to say :)
Between working 12 hours a night, driving to and from work, and trying to get enough sleep, I only have about 2 or 3 hours of free time during my work week. When I wake up, I try to just roll over and get on here for about an hour or so and then I have to get up, get ready for work, and get something to eat. But since I work night shift and upper management isn’t there, I work as much as I can on here while my scans are running and I have some downtime. That’s still pretty tough though. I was bouncing between this and my scans at work from 11pm to like 5am and I think I only got through 3 lessons. But I’m more than ok with that because every little step makes me so happy that I’m getting closer and closer to my goals.
That's a pretty tough schedule I must say 😉
In order to drive a Business we must establish some kind of weekly Business schedule - with weekly goal setting to get certain things done - such as writing/making content.
But it's still too Early in my business journey to pin down - exactly how much time is needed. I am extremely fixated on 'making it' - and in time, when I get more of my training down - things will start to make more sense in how much time in a week I should spend - or how many tasks I should get done in a week.
Let's stay in contact - it's always fun to follow other people's experiences - and be inspired by it.
