How do I get my payment, and how do I withdraw it?
You payment from WA is through a Paypal account and they pay on the ist of every month. Other affiliate programs would depend on each affiliate which can be found in their member's back office.
They paid to depend on how many customers visit my website on search engines or is just that as an affiliate member you have to get paid every month.
With what program are you referring to? Did you start the online certification course? Cause that explains everything on how to monetize your website.
if you are promoting WA then you get pay through a Paypal account on the 1st of every month. The other affiliate programs you would find that out in their back office.
Your payments from WA are done through PayPal and you can link your personal account to PayPal to transfer and spend the money. Affiliate programs vary with their payment methods though, you would have to read each one you join.

I think you may be confused this is a business building platform you don't get paid just for joining
You have to follow the training and build your own business online that's what your paying for
