I want to know the answer to this question too. Kinda confused with the amazon tax and how it works.
I have asked a lot of people including the Amazon, HK gov. It seems that I have no pay the tax once I earn. But, I have to pay to the IRS. It sounds strange to me as I thought I have to pay the HK gov.
