Disapproval of Amazon Associate account

I received an email from Amazon Associate. It tells me that my website is not appropriate to their affiliate program and disapproves my Amazon Associate Account. I cannot use my associate account anymore.

The following is what Amazon Associate has sent to me:

We have completed our review of your application to the Amazon Associates Program, which included a visit to the website where you planned to create links to our store.

We found you listed the URL for your web site as: //////////////////////. Your web site includes the unapproved use of Amazon.com trademarked words, images, or reviews.

We do not allow the use of URLs, trademarks, logos, etc. that include words that are trademarked by Amazon.com LLC. This includes variations or misspellings of any trademarked words. We are therefore unable to approve your application. Accordingly, we have closed the account under which you had been temporarily approved and that approval has now ended.

Can anyone tell me what should I do next? I have no idea. I have used the product images from amazon. Am I wrong? I do not understand this line "We do not allow the use of URLs, trademarks, logos, etc. that include words that are trademarked by Amazon.com LLC". Can you give me some examples? I have put a lot of effort on creating context. But, Amazon Associate does not appreciate it. I feel sad.

Apparently you aren't supposed to manually enter in the prices of items even in a review post because they can change. I think that is why mine got banned. There are some other reasons you might find helpful.

I just had the same thing happen to me and I thought I followed @Kyle 's review page example explicitly in the training.

I'd like to what we are supposed to use if writing "amazon.com" is trademarked.

Eris,

I don't have experience with it, but I use amazon.com in my posts all the time and haven't been banned yet.

I also never mention the products price, but I don't use very many amazon links.

I noticed that link you sent me as a PM doesn't have any content on it. Was that the case when the specifically pointed that post out?

Using amazon.com is not wrong. What I did wrong is directly copy and paste the products images from Amazon.com to my website. To prevent this mistake, you could go the Amazon Associate Program center and get the html link of the image with your store id included. Then, paste the link to your website.

First, you can call them and get clarification. Find out if it's something you can change. If earsnail is an Amazon trademarked word, you might be in trouble. You could always join other affiliate programs besides Amazon.

If it's something you can fix, you should be able to do that then reapply to Amazon.

Hope this helps.

They won't clarify anything for you. They refer back to the agreement.

On the phone?
