What is this challenge?

I have decided to give myself a challenge to build a successfull internet business by Dec 31 2019. And I want to document my journey along the way so that I can receive the feedback from other WA members. Also if I become successfull, I hope my journey can inspire other people as well.

Here are rules and terms that I have set my self for this challenge.

• Success = $2000 per month by Dec 31, 2019 from a single website: If I make commission from other partnerships outside this particular website, It wont be counted. For example, WA referral. Income has to solely come from affiliate partnership used in the website.
• Weekly update: I will have to post an weekly update (Every Tuesday) of "what I did" and "How I did" and "time I spent", along with screenshots where possible, every tuwsday. And when I start making commissions, I will have to post that as update as well.
• Expenditure sheet: I will keep the record of all the investment publicly. I am allowed to count WA premium fee as an investment. Other cost will include domain registration and other expenses that comes along regarding my website.
  
  

Measuring how far I am to the success is also very important. Hence I will try to achieve my main goal by achieving the following milestones (not in specific order and may be added more in the future). as suggested by @TDomena

1. Selected a niche
2. Domain Bought and website setup
3. First article written
4. 20 article published
5. 30 articles published
6. 50 articles published
   
7. 100 articles published
8. Got indexed in google
9. 1 Article got ranked in 1st page for 1 keyword
10. 2 Article got ranked in 1st page for 1 keyword
11. Started getting 10 organic visitors per day
12. Started getting 50 organic visitors per day
13. Started getting 100 organic visitors per day
14. Started getting 500 organic visitors per day
15. Started getting 10,000 organic visitors per month
16. Joined affiliate program like amazon, ebay or any other
17. Added affiliate links and products in the website
18. Made a guest post on somebody else's blog linking to this website
19. Made first sale

I may or may not succeed in achieving my goals. Only time will tell. I know, I have to work hard and keep myself dedicated to manage some time every day from my 9-5 job.

With the guidence and suggestion of fellow members, I believe I can do it. I will really appreciate if you could leave your feedback and suggestion to me along my jorney.
