Therapy going well but very hard
Hello to you all I just thought I would write a quick post to let you know I am still here
I have started specialist therapy (EMDR) For PTSD now and have been doing it now for a few months
Its very hard because I am emotionally reliving my past traumas and I am very unwell but coping
I get severe anxiety and very bad dreams
The other day I nearly broke my right hand as I woke up in the middle of a dream screaming and punching and I was punching my solid wood side dresser. The severe pain awoke me I thought I hade broken my wrist and knuckles
I am reliving my past through dreams but my brain thinks its real and I sometimes wake up on the floor of my bedroom as In the dreams I am being attacked all the time
Life is tough at the moment but I am still sober and have been sober now for over 18 years
I have some medication for the anxiety and its slowly getting better
I still try and build my website and follow the training on here buts its very hard to do when your unwell
I am in the middle of writing my WA review and build my affiliates academy website. I use thrive themes and have also been building a landing page to do email marketing in the near future.
Thrive themes are great and I have been also following the training on there website as well.
I am also learning to be a digital marketing strategist by taking the training I purchased on digital marketer
I am degermed to succeed even though its tough at the moment

Great to hear things are slowly improving for you. Your quote at the end says it all. Take care.
Hi Barry,
Thanks for sharing what you are going through. I understand how tough times are and being unwell.
One day at a time at least you are doing some stuff online which helps you to stay focused.
Even though therapy is hard eventually you will get through it and come out being better. That takes time.
Stay focused. Take care.
