Started Therapy This Week
Hello everybody, its been a long time since I posted on here, due to my ongoing struggle with mental health
I have at long last started specialist therapy called EMDR which treats PTSD
EMDR = Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
Although I have only done 1 session its starting to work already and I am feeling like I am on the road to recovery at last
The last 2years have been the most painful of my whole life and I have no words to describe them
But I have stayed the course and am still sober and free of smoking
I will keep you all updated as to my progress and my dreams of having an online business are still alive

For anyone, to do anything consistently FOR 18+ years, while facing their demons on a daily basis, well that is a very special person.
You may have faced 2 of your hardest years recently, but you're still here, you're still fighting, and you're still succeeding.

Keep Going, you're MUCH stronger than you give yourself credit for.
