What I love about Wealthy Affiliate
I have always been a problem solver.
When I was a little boy, I found a mechanical switch box in a field near our home. I was fascinated by the moving parts inside the box.
So, I took it home and began to take it apart to see how it worked. As each part came out, I laid it on the kitchen table in an order that enabled me to put it back together, when I was ready.
As it turned out, when all was said and done, it was not that complicated. My method was the key. I followed some simple steps in an orderly fashion that ultimately lead me to solving the problem.
Many of my life experiences have followed a similar path. There are too many to list here. Suffice it to say, this is the way I see my world.
So, when I got into the training at WA, I found I was in my wheelhouse.
The process had some clearly defined steps to take which lead ultimately to a result. Time will tell just how productive the process will be, but I have no doubt that perseverance and hard work will reap a reward in time.
I have gone through the training once so far and am in the process of covering the territory again.
I pulled the machine apart the first time and got it back together albeit somewhat haphazardly.
I see there are some extra screws and a few widgets lying on the table.
My goal now is to go at it again with greater facility in the language. Before WA, I had never heard of SEO, or SERP or anyof the other the moving parts. Now, I feel the language is working in my favor and the little switch box is beginning to go back together.
Learning takes time and can be so rewarding.
In the words of my favorite poet, T.S Elliot,
“ We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all of our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time”.

Exactly Dan we have to strip down the learning process, gather the knowledge and apply it for there to be success.
I like the way you think, Dan! And I agree that learning takes time but can be so rewarding. I had heard of SEO, but had no idea what it meant. I'm still learning about it.
It can take longer to learn when you have to look up or ask what different words mean. I look forward to being able to say the language is working in my favor.

Totally agree Dan!
Before being here I too had no idea what SERPS or SEO or MMO and many others meant at all!
Now, I'm starting to get a hang of it hopefully, but the learning process will never end, every minute of every day there is something new to be learnt!
