I like the art one, personally, and some day with WA will have more room for painting. It runs in the family, from Japanese grandfather Richard Yoshishiro Mine, permanent display at Art Institute of Chicago Library down to me.,I had a couple of paintings in Kona Coffee Festival, 16' X20'. sold for $800 each. and muraled a children's room, for "therapy" in a women's shelter in Kona, when I was leaving a relationship- rough day go whip out some cute stuff for children to "find" as they look around the room, a sleeping mouse wrapped in a bit of blanket with ZZzzz. a white cat in a flower pot , my big pet pigs, one black and wild, the other the black and speck;ed domestic mix, Mauna Kea towering up at the top of the on one side of the room, and across the wall, Puueo, the Owl of Hawaii flying through the night sky at the back of the room.
A stand of bamboo in a corner of the room, leaves falling into a pool of water below and turning into fish. Butterflies with big eyes, and big eyed dragon flies! a couple of puppies coming out to greet!, lick, and say hello! I put a large God, up in the moonlit sky and clouds . You might not see it unless you know He is always there for the children.
I had a helper one day, but she couldn't keep up with me.
I bought the acryllics and got a lumber yard to donate a gallon of Minwax polyacryllic to preserve the whole thing, and took them a few photos of the wrap around mural, and thanked them for their help..

So nice hearing from you. I have found art work to be the river that has flowed next to me all my life. It played a large part in the construction work I did with architects and engineers. I hadn't thought about sharing my art views, work, ideas on a website for some time, but given the role art and painting has played in my life, it seemed like a great fit. WA is the vehicle to ----who knows. The site is a bit freewheeling, but it's fun to work through structural elements of composition in print..
It sounds like you have a lot of experience. I'd like to see some of your pieces.
