d I want to cancel and permanently delete my WA account. how can i do this?
Are you asking if you should delete your wa account or are you asking how to delete your wa account? On another note, why would you want to delete your wa account?

To cancel your account simply click on your profile picture at the top right and click on the Account Settings link.
Once in the account settings, click on subscription. To the bottom right you will see in red Cancel Billing
Also if you paid through Paypal be sure to cancel your recurring subscription there as well.
