Strange enough, I found your page on Google...see image.

Always nice too see a page on page one. I have given up trying to figure out what Google is up to. Thanks Peter.

Great work Barry, I left you another comment below this one. It explains what could be the reason behind Google's....

Check it out below.

I understand what you mean. Here is the reason why.

I RECENTLY RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM SOCIALADR

"The other day, a friend of mine asked for some help in a Skype channel I’m in. She was working on ranking a website for someone, and had noticed that the Title of the site in Google was wrong.

By title, I mean when she searched for the site, the text of the link in the results. Like this:
SocialAdr's Google Title

And by “it was wrong”, I mean that she couldn’t figure out WHY the title was showing up like it was. Usually the title that Google displays comes directly from your title tag. Whatever you set that to, that’s what it’s going to display.

But in this case, that wasn’t happening.

The title that was showing up, she couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The particular text wasn’t ANYWHERE in the page, or anywhere in the website at all. It was like Google was just making up a Title all on it’s own.

Needless to say, it was driving her nuts.

After a lot of digging, one of the guys in the group came up with the answer: Google was pulling the title from their Facebook page.

Because the two were linked together, Google had decided (for some reason no one knows) that it liked or trusted the description from Facebook better. So it was pulling that and showing it instead.

I’m sure that when the Facebook page was set up, no one expected it to affect the Google listing for their website. And who knows, maybe they weren’t even using it for any promotion. But it was having a big impact on other parts of their marketing.

The important lesson here is this: we all need to make sure that all our public properties are set up the way we’d want them. Even if we aren’t trying to use them at the time, someone (or something) could still find them and use them.

Better to be prepared than surprised."

Thanks Pete. I am prepared to be surprised.

You are more than welcome Barry.

Good topicBarry, Je88 has a good suggestion to check out Jay's tutorial.

Low competition means number of competitors. Not the measuremen5 of its difficulty to rank.check out jay aka magistudios video on Keyword Competition Analysis and you will know why.

I don't think people are understanding the question. The keyword is ranking and pages from my website are in the search results.

When my keyword "What about Jaaxy" is searched pages from my site show up in the search results that have nothing to do with that keyword.

I don't think people see the problem. Pages are showing up in the search results when "What About Jaaxy" is searched. The pages that are showing up from my site have nothing to do with the keyword "What About Jaaxy"

To clarify: A search is made with keyword "what about jaaxy" and in the search results a page or pages from my site shows up, Minimum Wage America is one of them and a few others that have nothing to do with the keyword search.

And now to add insult to injury this question I just asked shows up in the #1 spot on page one when "What about Jaaxy" is searched?

Go ahead key in "what about jaaxy" and see for yourself.

WHY IS THAT?

Hi Barry.i got your point.yes its bizzare to me.i have been checking on google. when i just key "what about jaaxy" the wealthy affiliate result is on page 1. But if i key in same keywords without " Its also page 1 but with other competition from fellow WA sites.

Really a puzzle to solve.why not ask your question to ppl like marion black, magistudios, boomergp08, loes directly in private message or their profile page.maybe it will solve your problem faster.

I suspect its a wordpress settings issue.mayb you also like to drop your question under everything WordPress classroom.

I try to help but this time its beyond my knowledge. my apologies barry for the wrong answrr given.its frustrating i understand.

Certainly no need to apologize. I appreciate your answer very much. Thank you.

Barry

Ive had that same happen too, when competition is low, and you aren't showing up. I don't understand it, sorry I can't be more help, but Im with you!

I takes a while to rank on Google - almost 3 months.

My pages show up in Google but not the page for the keyword, other pages show up that have nothing to do with the keyword.
