How is Your Focus?
Sometimes I have a real problem with this. Especially in the morning when it's hard to get started. I find I can focus on productivity late at night after all the distractions of the day are over. When or where do you find your focus?

Mornings are best for me. I don't sleep too well so I find that by the afternoon I am starting to struggle :)
Since joining WA, I'm energized until 2:30am! Even after working a full day at my "real" job. I find my creative brain really turns on late at night. Plus, there's something about this community here at WA.
...though it could also have something to do with lack of sleep and dilirium ;)
You are right Barry. Some people are more productive in the morning and we fondly call them 'a morning person' while others are productive late at night or evening. It's to do with our circadian rhythm and how people are wired (biological clock).
If one finds their rhythm and makes the best use of it, that's when their focus comes alive and productivity shoots up.
I am going to do a post on this later today Barry. I found a study of circadian rhythms which provide information on the most productive times of the day for "most" people, and what times of day are best for doing certain times of things. Of course, it varies with each individual, but this article gives a good baseline.

I'm a night owl Barry!
It's 1:35 on Sunday morning where I am...my day has just started!
No distractions...it's great!
Thanks for the topic. My focus on this project, at times can be obsessive. I find myself hyper focused at 2 a.m. and really should be in bed.

I am finding mine early in the morning when all the angels are still sleeping.
