Hi family ,how do i embed a WA training video in my already published post using the classic editor? Any advice will be greatly appreciated

You can't embed WA videos, you only can link to the page with the affiliate link.
You add these screenshots to your website as an image, and the image you link to the WA page

I think you can't embed them. But you can take a screenshot of the video and link it to WA with your affiliate link.

Then when someone clicks to the image, they'll be taken to WA and if they sign up, they'll be your referrals and you'll earn commissions for that.

I have been using this old account since i joined WA but due to some issues i now have to use a new account to continue with my training .But with my old account i had covered

This is an admin question. Don't think it's possible to answer it here.

if you have a domain you need transferring to another account work with site support to move it.
good luck getting it moved

A mistake was made unknowingly by someone who was tring to help me upgrade to a yearly premium membership on Saturday 06/04/019.

He got the upgraded although his intent

have you tried going theough the contact page for billing

they maybe able to help you.

Yes i did several times since Saturday evening i think i should try again .Thanks for your advice

In order to upgrade he would have had to enter payment details. Starter members do not have payment details entered in advance so the system should not be able to access his finances. How come he entered payment if he had no intention of joining? sorry but I am a little confused.

He made the first payment of my one-month premium upgrade at $ 19 when i was a starter member and it was charged to my account

I actually wouldn't be premium if he hadn't helped me out with the payment ..

What I'm sure of is he had no intent of joining .I'm looking for away to rectify this if he can get a refund or transfer the upgrade payment to my account .

The only thing that you can do is contact Kyle and explain the situation. You can go into your profile and click on private messages and send him one from there. If he doesn't get back to you within 48 hours, due to your time restraints then you could ask site support to help. Not really their area but there is no other way that I know of to change this type of setting and I have never found any accounts support department.
