I need assistance. I want to create a contact page that looks like this;
That's either their theme or a plugin.
For now you could just write your contact details manually above the form until you change to a theme that has this option or find a plugin.
I just had a look on my laptop.
That site is not a WordPress site. So it doesn't use any plugins we could use.
It was manually created and designed (with bootstrap and code).
So I'm afraid that you can't just replicate it.
All you can do is to search for plugins or themes that have this functionality.

You are looking for a social sharing plugin :) You can do a search in the plugins section of your backend. I am using Social Media Feather on two of my websites and it is quite nice.

I would like to embed a video from youtube. What are the rules and how do I go about it?
Click the "Share" button on the YouTube video you want to share and it will give you a url to use.
Copy and paste that url into your WordPress editor and it should work.
