how can i insert an animated signature to be used with a blog post?

I copied the code (img) but not sure where to place the code.

Where did you do the animation I would like to do the same for my blog post.

http://www.gif-mania.net/animated-signatures/

go to this website. It'll take you the process. I saved to Photobucket.
Now apparently, I should download to my computer and then upload when I want to use it.
Haven't tried it yet.

Thank for the tip.

I'm not sure if you have found what you were asking for but the link below will take you to a website where you can create an animated signature.

When you have made your signature you need to download the image to your computer. Then upload the image by using the image editor at the top of each blog that you write.

This link was provided by Loes, one of our WA Ambassadors.

Thanks Valerie!

Send a private message to one of the people who use an animated signature. I'm sure they would be able to tell you how they do it.

thanks

You're welcome =)

Paste it in the text editor of your post.

okay, I'm sorry but where's the text editor?

oh, wait I thought i needed to see code. Oh, geesh, got it.

Is everything ok? When you said blog post, are you referring to WA blog post or your website blog post?

After you paste the code (website post), click Update or Publish. View the post and you'll be able to see the signature.

yes, I think I needed more explanation. I was referring to WA blog post.
So after I write a blog, I past the code and then publish. and my signature should show and be animated, right?

I see. I thought you were referring to website post. I’m not sure with WA blog post. You can try it and see if that works. If not you can replace the code with the image version of the signature.

I've been so busy that I don't have the time, as of right now, to dedicate to the lessons. So in anticipation of when I will have more free time, I'm staying on top of my email

Hey Barbara, these training may help you :

Thanks Jewel. I've already tagged both.

Barbara I recently started organizing my favorites. I changed the tags to group them by subject. Now all trainings dealing with HTML are all under one tag not scattered throughout the page
Tim

thanks that's a great idea.

That sounds good. Hoe you catch up and have much success!
Kevin

Hello Barbara. To see your tags, click on the "white star" in the ask question box which on the top which is also to the left of the airplane icon. You'll be able to access your tags from there.

Hope this helps.~Armand

thanks. I'm embarrassed it took me so long to figure it out. But thanks for reaching out to me.

Yw and no worries. Glad I can help.

I've noticed that many members' usernames don't have anything to do with their names. I've been using this username, which contains my initials and last name for years and neve

I use my name and have no problems

Thanks for ur response. I feel much better about this.

When I first signed up here at WA I used my online nick name, which also the same as one of my older emails that I do not use as much. But I have found here the past few days thst I had wished I had used my name here, but I do not want it on my website. You should be safe using your email lile Bryan said.

Thanks for responding. The consensus seems to be that it's okay.
You said u didn't want ur name on ur website. May I ask why?

Because there are some people that I know personally that I just prefer they do not see some things that I do.

I get that. thanks for sharing.

My Username to websites used to be my email too. As long as you have very good passwords that aren't related in any way then It should be fine. It is only the same as someone knowing your name.

Bryan

Thanks so much for ur response. I've been paralyzed in addressing my website until I figured this out.
