When Asking Kyle or Carson a Question .

I have seen hundreds of questions in the various training programs that are directed Kyle specifically (and occasionally at Carson who is the back room guy from what I can work out) about things that are covered in the training. A lot of the questions would be answered as people worked through the training.

Let me say upfront that I believe the questions are very valid and both K and C have said they are available on a personal basis.

The reality is something quite different and there is no way that they could ever answer every question.

I have just looked at the ranking of the newest premium member and it is up at 210,000 - does that mean there are that many members? Probably not but working on that basis if as few as .5% asked a question of these two hard-working founder members they would need to get through 1050 questions a day.

That is over and above the numerous PMs I am sure they no doubt get as well as the work they have to get through and all the other stuff - which I can't begin to even imagine how much time it takes. The new interface is one example of the result of what goes on behind the scenes.

Each of us should firstly do the lessons and secondly use the search bar for solutions before taking what we consider to be the direct route.

It's all here folks - you need to do a bit of searching and reading and not expect miracles, beyond the ones they already perform, from Kyle and Carson.

If that sounded like a rant it kind of was but it's now over.

Two things bug me. As you say so many questions are answered in the lessons so it's pretty obvious some people think they can do this without following them.

Secondly I get tired of questions that don't actually ask anything. IE 'I need help'. Now isn't that a nowhere question.

There are over a million members and growing all the time. Even with the team that help the fellows out, if everyone asks a question of them don't hold your breath for an answer. Fortunately a great number use the need help or live chat or even a post to find their answers.

I expect that still leaves a lot who want to be spoonfed!

I would imagine the great majority of questions could be answered by members of the community, rather than having to go to Kyle or Carson.

I am very glad you brought up using the search bar and reading posts. I don't mind helping at all. But when it comes to Kyle and Carson I do know they are very busy.

Great post, I agree with that too. The community is a great resource for all of us so let’s make use of the awesome bank of knowledge available to us.

Hi Lawrence, great to hear from you! We have many more members than 220,000, it's more like 1.4 Million! When we created WA, we quickly realized that we could not answer every single question in the platform, but we needed to figure out how accurate answers could be delivered. Kyle and I do get 100's of questions a day which we diligently answer, we work tiresly to also welcome as many people as we can - it's just part of what we've always done. Part of our 12-14 hour work days are spent answering 100's of questions, answering PM's, profile messages, and questions in training etc. However, many questions can be answered accurately without one of us answering them, so our awesome community steps in to help one another out.

Thanks for acknowledging what it takes to keep WA going, we love what we do, we love innovating and teaching. Coupling technology with education is something we've always believed in!

I am always amazed at the amount of work I see you guys get through and I assume that is the tip of the iceberg.

of you get through so much work.

One thing I know now is that you
work 12-14 hours a day and you
are really productive during those
hours.

It will be really valuable if you have
done a training on productivity.

No, it was a valid point. I find that the affiliate who brought me to WA is always ready and willing to help. Just a suggestion for anyone out there! Also, a lot of the top members have the experience to help as well. Community questions have been another good resource for me if I need a nudge.
