My names appear at the end of my blog where visitors can easily access to my site dashboard.
How to get rid of it?

Yes from image below since you are logged in you'd see it this way however you visitors won't.
Apologies I don't quite get you.
I try URL in a different browser not logged in and see if there's a difference.
If not,
You need an empty browser cache refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

How to get rid of it?
You can also go to the three dots on the top right click on those, selected incognito and view your site that way! You will be seeing your site as your visitors do!

What is the recommended images size in WordPress site?
I don't know if this will help you, but I usually set my images at 246× 246 or s close as I can get to that number.
We always look at the default setting for images for WordPress
settings--> media
we have thumbnail 150 pixels by 150 pixels.
medium size is 300 pixels by 300 pixels.
Large size is 1024 pixels by 1024 pixels.
If sizes can be kept to WordPress default is eliminates addition processing behind the scenes.
I once read on Neil Patel's blog that he recommends 650x400 px and less than 100kb per image.
I use Canva.com to fit all my images into a recommended size and TinyJPG.com to compress them.

Hi! As Joe said, you do not need a plugin to add Amazon links. The Ad Inserter plugin basically helps you place ads where you want them on your site. This is mostly used for Adsense.
Amazon links are not ads. They are links to the product. These can be inserted directly into your post (where ever you like) using the link icon in the tool bar of Word Press.
