I get 'questionable telephone calls' all of the time; None from this number or with this transaction to be discussed.
You can always search the number through Google and, if there have been 'issues', you can usually find it there;
Interestingly enough, I searched for this number and came up with YOUR blog (#10)!
Noooooooo, I never got any phone call! I would be very suspicious and not give any information!
I gave him nothing, because I had nothing to give. We are retired and do not use credit cards, nor do we have any of the MANY investment portfolios he asked about. After I made him realize we really had no access to cash or credit, that's when he said he needed to put me a brief hold. He never came back. Creepy!!
Wow that's very concerning! I did not have to talk to anyone over the phone. I wonder how did they get your number and know about your interactions with Wealthy Affiliate. That's scary. Stay safe :)
Hi Sharlita...yes it set me on edge the rest of the day, and still this morning. I'm in the middle of trying to get a website set up, the caller ID said "Website Team", so I thought, "great...I could use a team."
It's over & done...I just really don't anyone here to get caught up in those guys thinking their are going to help. Everyone be careful!!!

If I really feel uneasy about them asking for my financial stuff, I tell them to take me off there list and have evened threatened to call my Attorney General and I hang up and they never call back.
