Hi, last year I grab the opportunity for the $299 yearly from Black Friday deal. I was wondering if I can still grab that deal too, now that I am already a premium?

Thank

Yes, when they have the Black Friday deal again, you will have a recurring fee. I have had it for the second time last year

Thank you for taking the time to answer this question, Loes! I was wanting to know for sure as well. - Joy

I would think you can but don't know for sure. I would ask your mentor (whoever you joined WA through). If you don't don't know who your mentor was, then it is probably either Kyle or Carson. Good luck and I look forward to sharing the coming year with you! You can always message Kyle and ask him as well. - Joy

Hi to all! I've been thinking on how can I get all my posts to be seen aside from having a category?

I just feel I need to stop adding posts to my primary menu as I feel

Drop down menu will not work forever. There is a limit on how many items you may have in the menu. It should be 80. I came to that limit and had to change everything.

One option: make a page with the list of your all posts, linked to posts in the blog roll. That is what I am doing. You can make it graphical (clickable pictures) like what I have seen in Loes' site, or just a simple list like in my case.

Oh I didn't know that, thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. Guess I have to change it right away. :)

See here what you can do to increase the number of items, see in some responses:

Drop down as Marion says, or add a custom menu to your sidebar, I have both on my website, the most important posts I have in a custom menu, the rest in a drop down

Thank you Loes. I will make sure to do that. :)

You can try using a Drop Down Menu

Thanks Marion as always. I'll check that out for sure. :)

Hey,

I am wondering if after completing all the certification courses, does WA gives certificates? I guess it will be a great addition to my ones credentials. I for myse

Yep , I checked this and Kyle said that a badge system was under consideration.
Bob

That's great news! Thank you!

That would be good for the site, I hope they think on a bigger scale and consider getting accredited, that is when we could use such certification outside the WA site! PLus it would be a first for such a site? I like being first lol! Cheers! Dave : )

A certificate would be great to have

Of course there were no guarantees but it's nice to know that it is under consideration.
Bob

I asked this question some time ago and I got the impression that it may be under consideration.
Bob

Good question. I would like one when I'm finished.

Yep it will make one huge impact right.

This sounds great. It's like a diploma. :D

Yes and it will be added to our credentials and we can endorse WA offering certificates or badges, I think it will attract more referrals right. It will also add credibility right.

Yup! I can't agree more to what you said. Exactly what's in my mind. Like when you're applying for a job. With those proud pieces of paper - can boost your chance to be hired. :D

Hi Jezza,

This could be done very easily, the question would be what value would it have in the marketplace. It certainly would add value to the site/program here...A simple certificate (downloadable) would be a start...

But.... I see a bigger picture value in your suggestion...Let's take this to the next level....What if it could be a truly industry wide recognized certificate?

For this to happen, likely the courses and site would have to go through some kind of accreditation process, we have the same in industry where an outside agency verifies that your program is compliant with a recognized set of standards (ISO Certification)...

The good thing about going through such a process for Wealthy Affiliate is that it would then be recognized as an established education site in that world (i,e, higher education or vocational education, etc.).

Another aspect of this, on top of the recognition, is that it could very well create an addional source of new members/income for Kyle and Carson...Plus it would be a fantastic selling point for that segment of potential referrals (so good for us as well)...

For instance once accredited, many of the government programs that are funded to provide training or re-training for people needing and qualifying could refer these people here...

A specific example I can think right off the top of my head is for veterans who are retiring or leaving the military...I could see myself printing flyers and putting them all over the outprocessing stations (or whatever they are called now) for the troops to see/act on...

The Army established a program before I left for transitioning into the teaching field, I think it was called the Troops to Teacher Program...The government paid for the schooling required to get certifed as a teacher for those interested and having most of the skills from their military service...

This was over 17 years ago, I am sure such programs are still around...

Also, many veterans have the GI Bill, and these funds could be used to pay for the monthly cost for membership here - plus the user would get additional money to live on possibly (Paid to go to school? Sounds good to me lol)...

This GI Program realy works BTW. I used almost ALL my benefits over the years, and it saved me over $100,000 USD in total costs I did NOT have to fork out (combining tuition assistance while in the service with 45 months of benefits after the service)...

These funds were subsequently spent on my daughter's education programs, though, so no extra for my eventual final retirement (if it ever comes) came of this lol...

Good suggestion, let's see what Kyle and Carson think of this....Certainly it would be a first, and provide OH SO MUCH legitimacy to what is here anyway!

Cheers!
Dave

Thanks Dave, and yes I hope Kyle and Carson do something about it.

Hi Jezza, Me too...It would be good for everyone! BTW< What part of PH do you and your husband come from? I have been there many times and likely will settle in Palawan at some point (I like it there)....Lovely places there, that is just one! Cheers! Dave : )

Hi Dave both of us are from Manila. :) Yeah I also love Palawan! Have you been in El Nido, the place is heaven. Thanks for admiring the Philippines. :)

Isn't that an interesting idea would be great for the CV or to look at when friends me over because it is an achievement

Absolutely Paul.

Great question. It will nice though to get certificate at the end of the training.

I know right. It'll be great!

I like that idea Jezza, and I have send it to Kyle and asked what his thoughts are about this issue. Hopefully he will drop by with a positive answer:)

Thanks Loes! I really hope they consider the idea as it will add a lot of advantages for us and I think will attract more referrals.

Hi Jezza, I got an answer on this certification thing, when they want to make this official, they have to become an official institute, and have to pay a lot of fee over that, they choose not to, and keep the WA contribution as low as possible. The cost for the education here would triple otherwise.

Oh okay. I understand Loes. Thanks so much and I agree we will undergo a lot. But yeah, I am happy with WA anyways as it is. Thanks again Loes.

Hi, I am not aware that certificates are issued, perhaps it's something to put forward to Kyle/Carson though.

Yeah it would be better if they have available certificate we can download to

Hello Jezza. I don't think certificates are issue when trainings are finished but that's a good idea for web master's CV.

I know right. I really wish they give out though...

Hi,

Has anyone here encountered sitemap error warning? And what should I do about it? I attached images of my sitemap here.

Yes I have and it turned out to be down to broken links, you can always generate a new sitemap and submit it

Oh okay thanks so much Katie! I'll do that for sure.

Hello PJ sorry I just have to ask again, the error that I am encountering is not in the crawl tab? It is in the sitemap itself so when I go back I don't see any button "mark as fixed?" When I check my dashboard under crawl tab it says 0 error, 5 total clicks under search analytics and under sitemap it says 19 URLs submitted, 17 indexed and 1 warning.

Hi PJ thanks I followed your training the last one below. I requested for its removal. I am just worried because it says warning with exclamation point! LOL

thanks so much!

Hi Jezza,

That's a 404 error, so there seems to be a link you have somewhere not going to the correct place (URL). It can be difficult to find. Two things you might wish to review: I hope that helps!
