What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is an individual who cares for you and helps you to change and reach your full potential. A Coach is a person who is not a therapist or a mentor but a trusted friend who has the skills and tools to help you find the answers and solutions you are seeking. A Coach is a coach who also cares for you as a person. A Coach takes the long view and sees the big picture. A Coach has the ability to help you change and grow as a person. A Coach is not a counselor, nor is he a consultant, nor does he look to find an answer to your problems, but he looks to find the key.
A Coach is not a doctor nor a therapist. A Coach is someone who is skilled at asking powerful questions. A Coach will ask questions to help you find the answer and find the pattern. A Coach will ask questions that lead you to answers or possibilities that may have been missed by others.
A Coach will also ask questions to help you understand yourself better. The coach holds you as an ideal and you are not a completed product, but an unfinished project. You can become more of your ideal self while at the same time finding your identity.
Do you want to find love, success, or some other goal you want? A Coach can help you to find the answer. A Coach will look at the big picture while working with you on the problem. A Coach will ask you a question and then have you think about the answer while thinking about the question. The coach holds you as the ideal person you are and not a 'done deal.'
A Coach can help to solve problems at home, work, or at play. A Coach will help you to find your answers. A Coach will not give you answers to problems but will help you to find the path towards the answer. A Coach will ask you questions to find the path towards the right answers while at the same time guiding you to find the answers.
A Coach will help you to look at things with new eyes. A Coach will look at the big picture while holding you as an ideal. A Coach will use humor to help you find your way. A Coach will show you paths you may have missed while holding you as the ideal person you are.
I have been looking for a coach for a while and finally found the right coach. I have had coaches before and had to stop and go off on another path. Having the experience of a coach has helped me become stronger and has helped me see things I would not have seen on my own. I would not have seen some of these things without a coach. The Coach I found was someone who had been through the hardship I was going through and was able to guide me through the difficult times. He did not give me any answers, but he helped me find the answers. He made me realize that I was stronger than I thought and that I had the ability to handle any situation. He helped me recognize that I was an ideal person and that there were many people out there who wanted the same things I did. He helped me realize that I was strong enough to handle any situation and help me focus on what I wanted to work on. Most importantly, he made me realize that I was an ideal person, just like I thought I was and that my ideal life was out there waiting for me.

Coaches are great if you find someone that corresponds to your field of expertise and has founded REAL proven experience then your future has just been made. Otherwise don't bother.
It is by walking the talk versus just talking.
