If I transfer my Siterubix to my NEW domain, will the internal links also change? or do I have to change them manually?

Hi

Yes it would transfer site as is over. I would update anything on site with the siterubix extension to your (domain)dotcom

You can use the move feature found within your site manager to move you siterubix subdomain to your dot com, when you are ready. It is a simple process.

You would need wait up to 30 days (Kyle's recommendation) for 301 redirects to be completed and for the search engines. After of which you may delete the subdomain however you could keep it for longer if hosting space is not an issue

all links referring to your siterubix site will be updated...
howevver any email references will not
so it is worth going to hte privacy policy and anywhere else you have inserted an email and changing that to a domain specific email...when you make it...
good luck
