Hi WAmily!

I logged into my account today, with the view to continuing an article I'd started recently. When I opened the "Write an Article" tab, I noticed that my previous article (published 5 weeks ago) had not been indexed, and also now says "no index" in the post title.

Please can anyone shed some light on this, and help me resolve?

Many thanks.

**Edit**

Please could someone do a Google search for this Meta Description below, to see if it is indeed searchable or not.

Thank you so much. 👍 😎

Hello,

In order for Google to index your article, you may want to change the option no-index to Index. So that the search engines will be able to find your article while crawling on your site.

If the no-index option is on, even if you submit the URL to Google Search Console; your article will never be found by google.

So you would want to make sure to change the option from no-index to index.

Hope that helps,

Meena

Thanks, but I cannot find the "no index" checkbox.
Do you know where I can find it?

Normally you could find it at the SEO settings below your post.

Hi if you edited in site content, you'd notice the G and receive an email notification.

You may want to check in Google site:yourdomainnamedotcom replaced by yours

Do you have anything clicked "No index"? If so, unclick it, perhaps.

Hey Colin,

Check for the AIOSEO or Yoast window below THAT post and you should be able to see an option to remove the check mark for NOINDEX.

Hope this helps you.

Google does that sometimes, go figure.
But Jeff got a valid point, anything clicked "no index"
Wishing you continued success.
