Why are premium members being asked to view trainings that can only be viewed by premium plus member
I received an email from Kyle and Carson to view a training video called 'Content Creation Ideas for Email Marketing'. Your email stated 'You have exclusive access to this live Class on Content Creation Ideas for Email Marketing as it's included with your membership." Unfortunately when I tried to view the training I was asked to upgrade to Premium Plus. I would do this but I am financially broke right now and cannot spend this amount of money in one go. Hopefully in 6 months time I can do this.
But why not send out an email that explains that the valuable training is for Premium Plus members only, but that the viewer is invited to upgrade to watch it. That way I and others will not spend time opening the video and listening to a portion of it only to receive a message to upgrade. A person in my position would then know that I cannot at this time upgrade and will not try to view the training. Thank you, and hope you will accept my suggestion. Ted
