Actually there are more than three things you should not do with your content. Writing you content so that search engines will pick up on keywords within your content instead of writing your content to answer the queries of your readers is a big No-No. The below link is of a short 1:47 video from Google’s Search Quality Team.

In this video a member of the team talks about three types of content that should always be avoided because all three do not come close to answering the queries of your readers. They are Syndicated Content, Low Quality Affiliate Sites, and Doorway Sites.

Great point! It's easy to get caught on key words and rankings because we want traffic...but traffic does no good without quality content that keeps the traffic coming. Thanks!

Exactly! Keywords do NOT bring in more traffic to a website. ONLY high quality content can increase traffic to a website. That is why "Content is King".
