Hello this day of your time! How are you all? alright. We will begin with a question. I use both SiteContent and WordPress Posts from my WordPress dashboard to post content to my site. Recently I added front end blog posting to my site with a plugin that is very convenient for both me and my visitors.

Is it best practice to write all posts through SiteContent for best ranking and traffic results? Are are there a couple of tips to remember that makes it just as effective to write from the interface of your choice?

Best regards

Rupert

Hey Rupert,

SiteContent could technically help your website with traffic and rank simply because it is a tool to help you write unique content because of the warning that you are using duplicate content when trying to publish to your website.

Am betting that over time, this tool will be developed into a more helpful tool with grammar and spelling too.

Sadly, I don't know of any tool that would help us remove repetitive sentences within our content. When in school, that used to be my issue when writing essays.

When you write your posts though you are speaking to your best friend, explaining something new to them, then you will soon discover that this type of writing is preferred by most people who visit web pages in hope of retrieving helpful information.

As others before me have already stated, it really doesn't matter which tool you use... WordPress Editors, Word, or SiteContent... we still have to pay attention to grammar and spelling too.

Hope you find this helpful.

Hello Trish, thank you for taking the time to share and provide insight and perspective. I feel well equipped to move forward with confidence, knowing the checklist 1. helpful content 2. spelling, 3. grammar and add 4. reduce repetitive content unless you anticipate your reader would benefit from the repetition.
Thank you again, Rupert.

Hi Rupert, I write my posts in site content so I can get a word count, and then edit the article in wordpress. As far as ranking is concerned, how you do it should not matter. The biggest factor in ranking is to try and post at least 3 articles per week.

Best wishes,
Michael

Thank you Rupert. Wishing you continued success also. As Trish has mentioned with site content you are sure you are not publishing duplicate content also.

I have done it both ways.

Based on others responses as well. I would agree with the following answer.

it makes no difference in ranking or traffic. Its personal choice as to whether you want to use it for the spelling and grammar and duplicate content checker and for the stats such as the number of posts published.

That is up to you which you prefer to use but it is your website and the posts you create which will get ranked along with the quality of your posts and the keywords you use.
Sitecontent is good to use but I have not found any difference to suggest it is great for ranking nor gaining any traffic.
