Sometimes my articles will have stats and facts in them. The information comes from research I have done to write the article. Is it okay to use this kind of info in my articles?

Often, including stats and facts is what separates great articles from mediocre ones. Readers want more than just fluff pieces. Of course, you don't want to simply regurgitate facts. You want it to support your hypothesis, etc. Give them your opinion and back it up with facts.

Keep in mind, it's your website. There are no rules here, only guidelines.
