Hi everyone,

i just came back from a few days off on Tahaa Island, in French Polynesia. I want to write a post on it but i feel stuck on where to start with a good keyword. The idea of the post is "things to see and do on Tahaa Island".

The thing is, i'm working on a travel and i will always write on my destinations, what to do, see, how to go, etc. and i don't want to use every time the same keyword ?

So, i don't know what to choose actually. It will be in French but this is the same idea in english. I can't just choose "Tahaa island" as it's too competitive and i won't be well ranked for sure, especially in French but i don't see myself writing a post o each destination i go, and use "what to do and see in ..."

Does that make sense ?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Sylvain

A gift? Something like
"tahaa island activities download" and you provide a great PDF with photos?
Would that do the job?

That could actually work Loes. Thanks a lot. I would have to translate it in French.

The guide idea is on my to do island. Lot of travel bloggers are actually doing this and selling ebooks with this. I'm not there yet as it need to be worked on more in my mind but i had the idea of the guide, something you couldn't found in a guide like a lonely planet.

I would make for every destination a guide to download, it's easy to make it in Word, with pictures, then save as PDF. You can upload the PDF to your media library and use the link.

Once you have a concept with headlines, you can easily change the destination. The first one takes the most work.

Thanks Rich, but this is not helping me a lot as i already searched on WA tool (which is not working for french keyword by the way). I was more thinking of a way to talked about what to see/do etc. on a specific destination and not using the same keyword.

This kind of post would be specific to a place and in this case an island. Sometimes the keyword would be easier because less competitive

For example if you wanted to talk about a specific island near you place and wanted to give insights on what to do, see etc. what would you use ?

OK, but that doesn't invalidate the keyword, as you're free to write around it. For example, one of your keywords for an orchid site might be "prune orchids", so for one post the title might be "How to prune orchids" and the first para might contain, "The best way to prune orchids is...".
