In Level 2 Lesson 7 one of the tasks was to give comments on websites to at least three members requesting it. Then I was supposed to ask for comments on my low hanging fruit post. I did that and as of 8 hours along I have not received any comments. Is there a time benchmark when I can expect to receive comments? As more members request comments I can see my request getting buried deep and wonder it will catch other members attention. What can I do to move this process along? Thanks.

Did you give comments on others' websites? Did you let them know that you've done it?

There's a lot of activity there so it happens sometimes that things get buried.

So for those whose websites you commented on, just reply to their requests and give them your link again.

And if you want more comments, pick others who are posting their links; make comments on their websites, and then reply to their comments with your link again.

Hope that makes sense. It works 100% of the time, I guarantee you.

I didn’t ask for comments when I gave them. I’ll give more comments and make requests at the same time. Thanks for the tip!

Hey Edwin,

No, there really is no "time benchmark" for when you can expect to receive comments. It is literally an honour system... which means you will need to wait, sometimes weeks.

What I did when it was my turn, was scroll down to find the comments with no or the least help, and those were the ones I chose to comment on. I'm sure others will do the same.

Hope you find this helpful.

Doh that makes so much sense. Thank you so much! When I gave comments to others I failed to let them know I needed comments too. I’m sure this will work out. I wish you much success. Edwin
