arghh....word and wordpress are not compatible...
all of the formatting you have done in word will not carry across to wordpress
if you want to work offline composing your posts could i suggest thingamablog - a free blogging tool - just connect to local host when setting up.
thee are online word to wordpress converters but they are limited.
there is a lot of hidden code that comes with word that wil slow your sitespeed down....
export it as txt and import it that way - but you will need to go through and format it again....
good luck

If you mean the second row of icons on the classic editor, you can click on the toggle button on the right-hand side of the first row (see screenshot)

Hi again Chrystopher, My row of icons looks nothing like the one on your screenshot. There is no toggle icon. There is a "line" icon where your toggle icon is, next to the link icon Does it maybe have something to do with the settings of the plug in? I'm so new at this and still know so little about all of this, that I'm pulling my hair out with frustration.... I can't change anything even with what I have but that has to do with my txt being copied from Word. I didn't know that it wouldn't work.

Do you have a screenshot of what yours currently looks like?

As for Word, you can copy the text, paste it into Notepad, then copy and paste into WordPress, followed by applying your formatting.
