I have just created another post and wondered if I could start a discussion here, this is not about WA or promoting it, I am just trying to get some feedback from women that have or still are wearing gel nails?

Cheers Justine

The short answer is "No". Read the blogging rules in particular #3

"Keep the conversation on topic. Your blog here is to share your experiences within WA and with creating your business online. Your website is for posting "niche" related content, so keep anything that is relevant to your niche there. You don't want to waste your awesome niche content by posting it somewhere other than your site."

And questions have to be related to a classroom or "everything WordPress".

Hi Marion, thanks for your input, so how can I start a discussion on my site? Is there a way to create on the actual website. This discussion is about my niche, but not promoting WA

I would create a new post on the subject and ask for input from your readers.

Yes, good to discuss various subjects, and connect with other people in the community! As long as it is not x-rated i believe it is ok!

Sure, I'll discuss.
My wife wore gel nails since our marriage and roughly 5 years before that (roughly 10 years).
She found that it thinned her nails. At one point when she was getting them re-done, the tech went to remove one of them and ripped her natural nail almost completely off. This was when she decided to remove them for awhile and allow them to grow and recover. She has been taking vitamin supplements to thicken and strengthen them. It has been about a year now and the nails have become stronger and thicker.

She always loved them (and so did I), now she is thinking of getting them done again, but not keeping them on for as long. She is still keeping up the vitamin regimen to make sure the same incident doesn't happen again.

Hope this is what you were looking for.

Hey Greg, this is awesome feedback, I have just started up a discussion on WA about it, any chance you could add this there or can I copy and paste it?
Tell your wife to only wear artificial coatings on your nails for shorter periods of time, it will cause damage again eventually :)

Ouch that must of been painful. I stopped using them also cause I had a choice. Do the Hair line or the nails. The hair won. what I was wondering what vitamin program did she use to make her real nails stronger and longer. Desperate to know

As I see it if it is not pornographic, spam, religious, or political controversy it is your blog and you can share with the community.
