Hello there, yes it is. It best to list synonyms when adding key words, even adding a slightly related topic is good.

I want to promote jaaxy keyword tool . I have writen jaaxy review and i became dry ofcontent. I WANT TO write as many posts as possible.
You can promote Jaaxy in many ways. You can write reviews. You can write training articles on how to use Jaxxy, how to do keyword researches, how to understand and read the Jaaxy search results. You can write keyword tools comparison, ranking... etc..
Although content matters, quality content is key. Don't just pump out posts. Pick a keyword to organize your post around. Also, consider writing posts for different target markets (i.e. one post about why keywords are important can be written in a non-technical way for the general population and a technical way for those that want to know how things work. That's two posts on the same tool written differently, etc.
